MS Dhoni Signs Rs. 200 Crore Deal

 

Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who led India to victories in many Tests and one-day internationals, has signed a multi-crore deal with Rhiti Sports Management and Mindscapes One, a sports and talent management firm. The deal is worth Rs. 2 billion (Rs. 200 crores) spread over two years. This deal surpassed Sachin Tendulkar's Rs. 1800 million (Rs. 180 crores) three-year contract with Iconix four years ago as the biggest for any cricketer of any nationality. MS Dhoni currently endorses around 22 brands such as Pepsi, Reebok, Aircel and Titan, among others, with an estimated value of Rs. 6 crore per brand per year.
